Cracovia Krakow defeated Wieczysta Kraków 3-2 at Marshal Jozef Pilsudski Stadium in Krakow. Ajdin Hasić scored in the 78th and 90th minutes to turn the match in Cracovia's favour.

Mateusz Wieteska gave Wieczysta the lead in the 23rd minute and was booked five minutes later. Mauro Perković equalised for Cracovia on 45 minutes. L. Semedo restored Wieczysta's advantage from the penalty spot in the 53rd minute. Hasić levelled the score with 12 minutes remaining before scoring the decisive goal in the 90th minute. Cracovia recorded six shots to Wieczysta's four, despite having 45% possession against 55%. The home side also led 9-8 on corners. Wieczysta made three goalkeeper saves, compared with two by Cracovia. There were no red cards, while Wieteska's booking was the only yellow card. Szymon Marciniak refereed the Ekstraklasa match.
